At Poo-Legit, we believe in fair, transparent pricing with no hidden fees, no contracts and no hassle. Service initiation may be applicable (for accumulated waste). Price adjustments are only needed in certain circumstances such as: Yards larger than 1/4 acre, 4 or more dogs, and any other add on services added to your plan at your own request.
However, as a "best best practices" rule, we ensure never to charge a client without presenting them with an itemized list of charges before they commit to any services. That's part of our promise. When Prices May Adjust
While most properties fall under our standard rates, some situations may require an adjustment. These include:
📌 Oversized yards – If your yard is significantly larger than a typical residential lot (anything over a 1/4 acre)
📌 High waste volume – Homes with 4 or more dogs & multiple extra large dogs may require a custom plan.
📌 Limited access or special requests – If extra steps are needed to complete the job safely and efficiently.
